Miller Receives National Defense University Honors

In recognition of his paper entitled Establish “Counter Command” to improve Preparedness for Theater Nuclear War and Effective Deterrence of Weapons of Mass Destruction UseDrew Miller, #386, received the National Defense University Award for the best paper during graduation ceremonies at the Joint Forces Staff College, Norfolk Naval Base, Virginia, where he was a member of the graduating class. Drew is a lieutenant colonel in the Air Force Reserve, currently serving as an individual mobilization augmentee assigned to US Strategic Command at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. A 1980 graduate of the Air Force Academy, he is president of Global Vantage Securities, an investment banking and management consulting firm. 16 May 2002
