Notice of Incorporation

The Spaatz Association, Inc. has been incorporated in the State of Alabama. The Articles of Incorporation were signed by the Association's Vice-President, Thomas P. Hurley, on 17 September 1996. The instrument was filed on 26 September 1996, 10:12 a.m. with the Judge of Probate Court, Montgomery County, Alabama. Probate Judge Walker Hobbie, Jr. signed the Certificate of Incorporation in compliance with Title 10-3A of the Code of Alabama on 4th day of October A.D. 1996. (Book No. 198 of Corp at page 998)

Per Article V of the Articles of Incorporation:
The place in this state where the principal office and registered office of the corporation is to be located at 105 South Hansell St., Bldg 714, Maxwell AFB, Alabama 36112-6332. The corporate counsel, Thomas A. Handley, is the said named registered agent.
