Charles L. Ollivier, #38, 1946 – 2007

Charles L. Ollivier, 60, of Waukegan passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2007 at his home. He was born November 6, 1946 in Philadelphia, PA.

Attorney Charles Ollivier passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was a member of the Illinois State Bar and the U.S. Supreme Court. His private practice, located in Waukegan, included many hours of volunteer legal services. He was a commercial and instrument rated pilot. As a youth, Civil Air Patrol was his passion and he was an early Spaatz Award winner, the highest achievement. He continued to work with CAP cadets for over twenty years. Mr. Ollivier was Vietnam War Veteran with two bronze stars.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Linda Leaf; his sister, Annette Sanders; nephew, David Sanders; and many loved sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
