Everyone Welcome to Attend!!! The Gala and Awards dinner is not just for Spaatz Recipients.
Timeline:
1 December: Early Bird Registration Open. $105 per ticket *
1 January: Regular Registration Open: $120 per ticket *
1 February: Late Registration Open: $140 per ticket *
*$10.00 add-on for steak
Meal Options:
All entrées include a house salad, vegetables, potatoes or grains, rolls and butter, and are served with freshly brewed coffee and tea.
Option 1: Filet Mignon: 8 oz tender filet of Certified Angus Beef with Red Wine Reduction Sauce
Option 2: Breast of Chicken Piccatta: Served with a light Lemon Butter Caper Sauce
