The associated documents in this folder are only guidelines and suggestions by the Spaatz Association. After years of work and countless hours of studying, it is important that the Spaatz Ceremony be a meaningful ceremony FOR THE RECIPIENT.
Ceremonies can range from small, intimate, events with the cadet, presenter, and a few friends and family, to large events with snacks, desserts, or even meals. It is up to the ingenuity (and budget) of the recipient and their squadron.
