Now it’s time to give back…

For years, Spaatzen have answered the call to support today’s youth involved in the CAP Cadet Program.  We’ve mentored, tested, and even provided financial support, benefiting the leadership development of thousands of cadets.

But we can do more.

In response to a constant cry for help, Your Spaatz Association is preparing to launch an ambitious, Spaatzen-led initiative to establish a Spaatzen Liaison Officer (or more than one) in each Region and Wing.

This program will be completely member-run, and leverage the power of The Spaatz Network, our new social-learning and professional-networking system.  Liaison officers will advocate for the Cadet Program, support Spaatz Association initiatives, administer the Spaatz Exam, and present awards at Spaatz Award Ceremonies as they educate, motivate, and mentor today’s youth to the ideals of leadership.
